I am using a 27 iMac running Mojave 10.14.2 with Capture One Pro 12, Photoshop CC, and ON1 PhotoRaw. I love so many things about On1 Photo Raw 2019, I hope I can soon use it again directly from Capture One. This works but is obviously a crazy workaround. I purchased ON1 2020 when it was in beta but, for me, it wasn't worth the few extra features. I can then use ON1, save back to Photoshop, then save back to Capture One. The solution is to try the trial version of ON1 2020 and, if it works, they provided a discount code (20% off I think).
I reached out to ON1 support, provided RAW + sidecar files. Perhaps the best approach is to make all of the RAW adjustments and then export as a tiff at the end to topaz? For the life of me, I can't perform NR in ON1 to match the NR in DPP though. You're absolutely correct! Reducing NR to 0 on DPP (almost) reproduces the noise I see in ON1 2019.
