Job Management Enablement: Developing and maintaining a reliable, scalable and performant jobs list, and building a platform that enables high-quality rapid software development and increased visibility into all user behaviors. Launching new workflows to support employers who are bringing jobs to Indeed from career sites or third party applicant tracking systems Keeping the job supply relevant by optimizing the logic to identify truly active jobs Example projects include:Ĭreating improved ranking and recommendations on the jobs list to help employers prioritize the right next steps in their hiring processĬollecting the hiring outcome of every job to feed Indeed’s matching models Job Management Experience: Providing the best experience for all employers to manage their jobs on Indeed and helping to drive important metrics that contribute to Indeed’s overall strategy. This product leader will have the opportunity to drive two areas of focus:
Job Management serves as the primary home page and dashboard for all small and medium business users of the Indeed employer product and these pages are some of the most highly trafficked within the entire employer product. As the Product Manager for Job Management you will be responsible for leading the strategy and roadmap for the Job Management experience of the Indeed employer product.
